McDonald Farm in Naperville is home to The Conservation Foundation.

The Foundation is a 41-year-old non-profit environmental stewardship organization, headquartered in Naperville and focused on preserving natural spaces and land and water resources within DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will counties.  In 1998, with a generous donation of land and the support of over 3,500 members and 500 volunteers, The Conservation Foundation designed McDonald Farm to educate the community about their mission to preserve open space and natural lands, protect water resources, and promote sustainable development. 2013 Edward Hospital Naperville Marathon and Half Marathon

The inaugural Naperville Marathon will take place on Sunday, November 10, 2013. Runners will be able to participate in the half-marathon or the full 26.2 mile marathon which will be a qualifying race for the Boston Marathon. Over 3500 runners have currently registered for this event.

Time & Location

  • 7am start time for both full and half marathons
